You must aim at the center of the balloon all the time, your cannon would have to perform AOE and in turn it would damage many balloons with the flanks.
The rocket launchers are your another weapon or secondary and make sure that you learn how to use them. In the level 20 you would require them very much. Their effectiveness is shown when the user has to shoot a targeted balloon in one shot and if the balloon gets destroyed it would deviate on its own.
ou would require the help of various artillery because all the time you would not be able to use rocket launchers. When the game begins you would have these artillery and you must fire them to prevent the big balloons and towards the end you can finish the job on your own.
